No refunds offered once the session has taken place.

Digital Downloads 

Products are delivered via email immediately after purchase. No refunds.

YouTube Readings 

(Not currently available)
Readings shall be completed an estimated 2-3 weeks after purchase. No refunds.

All merch orders are fulfilled by Printful. Printful's return policy: https://www.printful.com/policies/returns. Please email connect@samzagar.com with any product issues so that we may initiate the return process.
